I've had a pleasant experience at Salem Crown. It's relatively quiet, close to my job and near the general downtown area. I really appreciate the open communication and humanness of management and maintenance as this is only my second apartment ever. I'm thinking of being a long-term tenant willing nothing changes.

The location is secure, and the service is of good quality. The management team is polite and professional, always ready to assist with any questions.
The maintenance staff is also reliable and ensures that residents' needs are met. The units are well-kept and have modern appliances.
One thing I appreciate about their communication is that they prefer emails and messages, which allows residents to revisit the information provided without having to request it again. They also have a call center for emergency maintenance requests.
Overall, the complex is peaceful, although I have noticed a few residents who are dissatisfied with something, which is typical in any apartment complex.
